DESMODIUM GANGETICUM

(Shalpani—Indian)

General.–Fever, headache, meningitis.

Head.–Cerebral-spinal meningitis; headache associated with a sensation as if all sides of the head are bound with a tape.

Pain.–Neuralgia pain all over the body; cannot sit on account of spinal pain; burning sensation in hands and feet and flushes of heat from the face.

Sensorium.–Sleeplessness, comatose sleep.

Fever.–Intermittent or remittent fever with sleeplessness and drowsiness; fever comes at 7 am with slight chill, lasting for 2-3 hours; burning sensation and hot flushes from face; remission of fever with perspiration.

Dose.–Mother tincture; 3x; 6x; 30.
